We just received our desk and chair for our retail space and would like to highly recommend iconic. From the start we were guided by the sales professional through design and commercial inputs from their side to enhance the look of our space. Once we agreed the design the team invited us to their production facility where we looked at each aspect of the design and went through each detail with an operational consideration. Each detail was thought out including the spacing and location of power sockets so as not to disturb foot traffic or create a health and safety issue. The production manager came out to discuss electrical connection concerns with us and answered all questions we had. Once complete we signed off a revised design sheet and the team got to work. We were updated on each step of the way and the installation team delivered on time and date. The entire process was guided by Priston, who is a professional and also helped us choose our seating with consideration to health and safety again. If you think you’ll get this kind of service at a furniture shop, you won’t. Don’t risk your business by overlooking the details that iconic provide through their unique process.
