Warranty Overview
Iconic Office Furniture, a division of Iconic Furniture Trading Co. L.L.C., guarantees that the furniture we supply has no faults in materials or workmanship. Therefore, our standard office furniture warranty in Dubai and the UAE lasts 1 year from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers the original buyer only, and you cannot transfer it. The original buyer is the customer who buys directly from us for their own use, not for resale. In addition, the warranty does not cover furniture bought through third-party sellers.
The warranty applies to furniture we deliver within the UAE. However, it does not apply to export orders we deliver outside the UAE.
What We Do If a Covered Item Fails
If a covered product, part or component fails during normal use, we will repair or replace it. We supply materials and components free of charge. However, we may charge a nominal transport and labour fee, and our support team will confirm the amount before any work begins.
If repair or replacement is not practical, we will offer a refund or credit for the affected item. Please note that repairing or replacing an item does not extend or restart the original warranty period.

Office Chairs
We cover the main steel base, armrest frames, stool foot rings, chair mechanisms (where fitted), seat cushion core, gas lifts, arm caps, castors and glides.
Sofas and Lounge Seating
We cover frames, seat and back cushions, and seat spring systems (where fitted).
Desks, Workstations and Storage
We cover tabletops, edge banding, drawers (body and fronts) and handles.
Electronics
We cover all electronics for 1 year, including power and data rails (with USB) and connectors.
Extended 5-Year Office Furniture Warranty in Dubai
In addition, selected components on our desks and workstations carry a longer 5-year warranty:
- Height-adjustable desk mechanisms
- Metal legs
- Cable trays
What the Office Furniture Warranty in Dubai Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from improper assembly, handling, care or maintenance, or from ignoring the instructions we provide.
- Misuse, neglect or accidents.
- Changes or modifications to the product.
- Marks, scratches or fabric damage from sharp or foreign objects.
- Fading, colour change, stretching or shrinking from heat, sunlight or humidity.
- Natural events and other causes outside our control.
- Export orders for delivery outside the UAE.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty limits our responsibility to repairing, replacing or refunding the affected product, so we never pay more than its purchase price. Also, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as damage to other property or equipment. Finally, you must make warranty claims within the warranty period.
How to Claim Your Office Furniture Warranty in Dubai
To claim under our office furniture warranty in Dubai, contact our customer care team by phone, WhatsApp or email, and tell us what happened. First, please include:
- Your delivery note
- Your invoice
- Clear photos of the problem
Free Installation
We include free professional installation with every order, so our team assembles your furniture correctly from day one. However, the warranty does not cover damage from assembly by anyone other than our installation team.
Return Policy
We make most Iconic Office furniture to order in our own Dubai facility, so our return terms differ for custom-made and standard items. Therefore, please read this section before you place an order.
Custom and Made-to-Order Furniture
We produce furniture in your chosen size, colour, finish or upholstery specially for you. Because of this, you cannot return or exchange it once production has started. That is why we offer physical material samples and showroom visits before you confirm your order. However, if a custom piece arrives damaged or faulty, see “Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items” below.
Standard Items
You can return a standard item if you tell us within 24 hours of delivery and send the item back within the next 72 hours.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be new and unused, with no marks or signs of wear.
- It must come in its original packaging, with all labels and fittings.
- We cannot accept items you have assembled or installed.
- First, you must contact our customer care team and get our approval before you send anything back.
- Finally, please keep your order or invoice details for reference.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your furniture when it arrives and before you sign off on delivery. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, or differs from your order, tell our delivery team or customer care within 24 hours of delivery. Then we will repair the item or arrange a correct replacement as soon as possible.
However, if a fault appears later during normal use, our warranty in Part 1 applies.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
You can change your delivery address or reschedule delivery up to 1-2 days before the planned dispatch date. Simply contact customer care by phone, WhatsApp or email.
However, once we confirm an order and it goes into production, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will refund the value of the product, depending on its condition. We refund you through the same payment method you used for the original purchase, within 7-14 working days.
Return Collection
Our customer care team will arrange the return or collection with you. Moreover, we will confirm any applicable charges before we collect anything.
