Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
When a request for refund, return or cancellation is placed by a customer, we will try our best to aid you with your request. However when an order has been entered into production, it will most likely not be possible to refund, return or cancel the order.
Products that have been made to order in a particular design or upholstery, color to customer specification cannot be refunded, returned or canceled.
For ready-made products exchange is possible with a valid reason like defect, damage, when informed to the delivery personnel at site upon installation. Exchanging a product requires it to be in a new, unused condition with all its original packaging and tags still attached. New and unused shall mean there are no marks on the items or signs of wear and use. The item shall be repackaged in its original packaging for return.
If a client fails to take delivery on a scheduled delivery date, Cost of delivery, return, labor & storage charges will apply to the customer.
If you received a wrong, defective Or damaged order by any chance, a replacement will be delivered as soon as possible. No claims whatsoever shall be entertained for a replacement for wrong, defective, damaged or missing goods unless it is notified to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery & installation.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card If the items become unavailable to exchange..
The expected time span for reporting the services ordered to be cancelled and the conditions under which cancellation will be allowed.
